All my work is handmade from stoneware clay, high fired to 1280*c and is food, dishwasher, and microwave safe.
Although the pieces are durable they should always be treated with care. If knocked, dropped, or exposed to thermal shock (hot to cold temperature / cold to hot temperature) they can break, chip, and crack. From personal experience, washing up and loading into and out of the dishwasher is a high-risk time for the care of ceramics.

Shipping & Packaging
Purchases are shipped within 3 business days.
Shipping is calculated at a flat rate of $13 for the first item plus $5 for every additional item.
All my pieces are checked and tested before leaving the studio with much care taken to package your purchase safely. Whenever possible I use recycled bubble wrap and boxes, this is not always guaranteed but strived for!
A signature is required on delivery so please use an address where deliveries can be made and signed for. If you accept all responsibility for packages left without a signature you may decide to use the “LEAVE AT DOOR” option.

Tracking information will be emailed to your email address.
Returns are not accepted for change of mind or for damage after use. Should your item/s arrive damaged please contact me via email WITHIN 48 HOURS, with photos of item and the packaging for insurance purposes. Your item will be replaced if in stock or a full refund offered for item and shipping amount.
If you are outside of Australia and are genuinely interested in purchasing work please email your interest and we can discuss options. Patience is requested should you choose to start an email dialogue about sending work outside of Australia.
